These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Link Hut, operated at linkhut.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Link Hut is a link-in-bio platform that lets you create a public profile page to share your links, social media profiles, and other content. You can customize your page's appearance and view analytics about how visitors interact with your page.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Usernames are unique and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these Terms or have been inactive for an extended period.
Pro is a monthly subscription billed automatically via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods.
If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You can resubscribe at any time.
You may not use Link Hut to:
You retain ownership of all content you publish on Link Hut (links, bio, profile picture, etc.). By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display your content as part of operating the platform — including showing your public profile page to visitors.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond operating and improving the service.
Your profile page (linkhut.app/yourusername) is publicly accessible. Any links, social icons, bio text, and profile picture you publish are visible to anyone on the internet. Do not publish information you wish to keep private.
Analytics data about visitors to your profile (views, clicks, referrers) is visible only to you in your dashboard.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@linkhut.app.
Upon termination, your public profile will be taken offline immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial purposes.
Link Hut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for content published by users on their public profiles.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Hut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
